SANITARY FITTINGS AND ADAPTERS

Standard and special sanitary components are available in a variety of corrosion-resistant alloys and include weld fittings, clamps, hangers, and live load nuts as well as several proprietary solutions developed to resolve customer challenges. All are available in one-of-a-kind or production quantities -- on schedule, as needed. MarcWorks also supplies nozzles, manifolds, tubing, pipe assemblies, and many other standard and custom sanitary fittings. All fittings are polished to meet customer and application requirements, including electropolishing when required, and are inspected on precision QC equipment.

Pharmaceutical and biotech fittings comply with the strict requirements of ASME-BPE-2005 and are designed for field installation to meet the tolerances required of automatic welding equipment. Long tangents are provided to accommodate all types of orbital welding heads for fast, reliable installation. This includes special tolerances for ovality, wall thickness, and squareness.

SKID FRAMES

MarcWorks can design and fabricate skid frames for biotech, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, manufacturing, and other applications ranging from small, lab-scale process modules to full multimodule systems. Developing a workable and easily maintainable skid-frame design often requires special considerations that affect both first costs and ongoing maintenance costs. In addition to high quality fabrication capabilities, MarcWorks has a thorough knowledge of mixing, vibration, bubble entrapment, control loop turning, and other process issues that must be considered for an effective frame design.

MarcWorks can also provide compact valve assemblies that reduce skid size, complexity, and cost. Because MarcWorks sanitary valves easily adapt to multi-ported geometries, process engineers can realize that best options for flow control and throttling applications that significantly reduce the amount of piping and the number of union in complex designs.
