Martek Power announces a new PF100 series of rugged power supplies with active power factor correction and harmonic attenuation modules. These standard power modules have 100 watt output power and extends the power range offered by the existing PF series of power supplies to a wider range of 100-1000 watts.

The new PF100 is a highly reliable commercial off the shelf (COTS) unit designed for military and aerospace applications.

Intended for use with Martek Power's 100 watt 270 VDC input DC/DC converters, these front end rectifier provides a full 100 watts of output power from a universal single phase input from 85V to 265 VAC.

Packaged in a five-sided continuous aluminum case with dimensions of only 2.4 x 2.3 x 0.5 inch, the new unit meets CE101 and CE102 of MIL-STD-461 for conducted EMI without requiring any external EMI filter. Meeting MIL-STD-704E, ABD0100.1.8.1 and MIL-STD- 1399, it also deliveries full performance over a wide, -40 to +100°C, operating temperature range, and boost efficiencies and power factor up to 93% and 0.99 respectively.

AC Good TTL signal, Isolated DC Good TTL signal, Over Temperature Protection, Over Output Protection, Output Short Circuit Protection, Remote On/Off are included features. Environmental screening is available.
