Matric provides full functional testing upon customer request. Our team of manufacturing engineers and technicians will work closely with customer personnel to transfer knowledge and custom equipment to Matric's facility. Our customers continue uninterrupted operations during the change over so the transition is transparent to end users. In-house functional testing is another value added service that can make your operation more profitable.
Automated Coating and Bonding
Matric applies conformal coatings (MIL-I-46058C, Type AR and UR) and adhesives using automated pneumatically controlled coating booths. This equipment allows Matric to consistently and precisely apply coatings and adhesives to seal components and boards from moisture and to secure components against vibration.
