The flow through design of the 240 Series of Helical rotor meters minimizes the pressure drop for higher flow rates and viscosities. Heat traceable bodies and transmitters with high temperature ratings make the 240 Series ideal for hot melt adhesive blending or dispensing. High pressure ratings and low flow rate capabilities make them idea for accurate dispensing of viscous mastics.

All Max meters are available with high resolution output transmitters, so even at 1/1000th of their full flow range they still provide a reliable flow rate signal for flow control and shot size measurement.
