McLube 1708L is a solvent based dispersion of molybdenum disulfide(MoS2) and PTFE particles that will bond tenaciously to all types of surfaces and substrates. It is suitable for use for the lubrication of all types of sliding surfaces, bearings and reciprocating parts. Commonly use on surfaces subject to seizure, extreme pressure and temperature. McLube 1708L will reduce friction and prevents seizure, galling and scoring. Coating will protect surface from rust and corrosion making applicable for use in dusty, moist or severe weather conditions. McLube 1708L is particularly suited for various assembly and o.e. applications reducing break-in ans run-in wear. Highly useful lubricant for sliding surfaces, bearings, cams, slides, channels, splines, threaded connectors, instruments, dies, cutting tools and sprockets.
