Abrasive Cutting - Modified Rotary Linear
Metal Cutting Corporation's 38 custom designed abrasive cut-off machines offer unmatched high speed capacity. All of their machines utilize advanced and unique features. Computer controlled in-feed speed and pressure eliminates burrs; computerized linear feed guarantees precision cut lengths; and rotary work yields exceptional squareness. These and other enhancements make Metal Cutting Corporation the leader in small diameter burr-free precision tolerance cut-off metal parts, with no limitations on the types of metal that they can cut.

Grinding - Centerless Surface Double Disk
Metal Cutting Corporation's 9 centerless grinders, 4 surface grinders and 2 double disk grinders offer tremendous versatility, as well as the ability to hold diameter tolerances as tight as ±0.000025", thickness tolerances to ±0.0002" and offer exceptionally fine ground finishes on the ends and sides of all metals parts for both high and small volume requirements.

Lapping - Spitfires Hoffmans Wolters
Metal Cutting Corporation's 12 lapping machines hold length and thickness tolerances up to ±0.0001" while achieving a 6 microinch end finish on both metal solids and tubes, including thin wall tubing. Flatness from ±0.000025" and parallelism from ±0.000050" are achieved with their high precision single sided and double sided lapping machines.

Polishing - Vibratory Barrel Centrifugal
Over 100 barrel, vibratory, and centrifugal finishing systems combined with their unique specialized media produce mirror to matte finishes on small wire, rod, and tubular parts with surface finishes as smooth as 1 microinch. The latest surface finish metrology measuring equipment is used to confirm surface conditions.

Cleanroom - Automated Dimensional Sorting, Camera Vision Inspection, Ultrasonic Cleaning
Metal Cutting Corporation's cleanroom houses state-of-the-art camera vision technology, powerful parallel computer processors, and custom designed laser and LVDT metrology equipment that measures, inspects and sorts high volume parts to 2.5 micron total dimensional tolerance. 4 multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning stations complement their cleanroom automated inspection and sorting capability to deliver contaminant free product.

Metal Cutting Corporation's manufacture of tungsten wire products and exclusive distribution of high quality tungsten wire is unique in size and service. They supply all tungsten wire diameters, compositions and surface finishes.
