Micropac offers the 53111 Solid State Relay for Space, Military and Hi Rel Applications. The 53111 is a single channel, hermetically sealed power MOSFET optocoupler, in a small, lightweight 8-Pin Dual-In-Line package, built IAW 5962-93140. Optimum switching of either AC or DC loads is provided by a configurable output. Lead options support both through-hole and surface-mount assembly. The part is normally shipped with gold plated leads, but lead finishes per MIL-PRF-38534 are available. The 53111 is part of the Micropac family of Power MOSFET Optocouplers, products include radiation tolerant versions.
