Automatic trigger by either placing cassette onto reader, reading rack identifying bar code, or via ActiveX.
Data collected can be exported to any third party software package using ActiveX.
Available as either standalone system with vision board and software, or as embedded product
High Speed Reading
In operation, the user interface displays the 96 vials, each marked with a unique Data Matrix code containing its identifying data. Vials that cannont be successfully identified are highlighted in the image for easy detection. Once the Data Matrix codes are read, the identifying data can be exported from the Visionscape software for further analysis in database or spreadsheet program using ActiveX.
Standalone or Integrate it
The Vial Reader 4000 can be configured as either a standalone system or an Integrated product within a vial automation production system. The high reading speed and accuracy of the Vial Reader 4000 is based on Microscan's unique and proprietary lighting and imaging solution which enhances the contrast of the Data Matrix code on each individual vial.
