All you need is power to the equipment and storage for the production in your plant. Milex will train your personnel and supply you with raw material at a guaranteed price FOB.

How it Works

• Customer leases a full production plant from Milex.
• First and last lease payment due on signing of contract.
• Milex builds and delivers a complete production factory to the customer's facility and installs in the customer's plant.
• Customer provides a vacant dock bay, electricity to plant, and personnel to run machinery.
• Lease term is 7 years - lease rate depends on size needed.
• Milex provides customer price contract on all resin needed. Prices based on FOB Amarillo, Texas.
• Customer agrees to insure and care for plant with normal wear and tear allowed. At end of lease customer may exercise its option to renew lease for an additional term.
• Milex guaranteed raw material for term of lease and specifies product characteristics.
• Milex provides one week of operator training at Milex training facility and an additional week on site after installation.
• All training is provided on a per diem fee basis.
