MITEQ would like to introduce its' new absorptive Single Pole Five Throw Switch, Model SW5-005180AI3NF-S0001. It covers the frequency range from 500 MHz to 18 GHz with a minimum of 60 dB isolation and VSWR of 2:1 maximum. The 4 BIT input control word is TTL compatible and commands switching time from 50% control input to the 10% to 90% settling within 100 ns. Rise/Fall time is <20 ns typical. The power handling capability is 20 dBm. This model measures 1.7" across (including connectors) and is 0.37" thick. Weighs 19 grams.
