Morrison designs and manufactures ultrasonic bonding and quilting machinery that are used by the high speed continuous Non-woven and textile manufacturers. A unlimited array of patterns are possible for quilting applications used in home furnishings, medical, bedding, and automotive markets. This process is called "Pinsonic" and utilizes custom pinned rolls to create the desired pattern. Non-woven web stabilization is possible ultrasonically by the use of various patterns on engraved rolls. Machine line speeds of 300 FPM are possible.
