The EZ-Glider torque arms are designed to improve production and quality control during the assembly process. The arms securely keep electric or pneumatic drivers in perpendicular alignment to help prevent side loading or cross threading occurring during the assembly process. The EZ-Glider helps remove the operator's influence in the assembly process and strengthens quality control.

The ergonomic design of the EZ-Glider torque arms reduces RMI (repetitive motion injury) and CTS (carpal tunnel syndrome). The effortless handling of the torque arm provides comfortable tool operation and increased production. The torque arm can be installed in space-restricted areas.

The EZ-Glider torque arms are available in 3 different style models. Linear Torque Arm, Articulated Torque Arm, and Telescoping Torque Arm.

Articulated Arm
The Articulated Torque Arm style provides smooth flexible 360º range allowing quick rundown of multiple fasteners on an application. With the ability to bend like an elbow, the arm provides the agility to position the tool in variety of positions for different applications. The economical arm can adapt for a variety of different tools (pistol grip, angle nutrunners, inline electric & pneumatic screwdrivers) by simply switching the tool clamp.

Linear Arm
Providing ergonomic support for the operator, the Linear style arms maneuver smoothly as it absorbs the torque reactions from the screwdrivers. The fluid movement increases precision and production for a variety of torque applications. Built with seasoned craftsmanship every torque arm cylinder had four rows of ball bearings for smooth movement.

Telescoping Arm
The Telescoping arm provides the operator full flexibility on the assembly line. Crafted with lightweight durable carbon fiber the arm collapses like a telescope. The easy-to-use arm requires little space and doesn't disrupt the flow of production. Can be mounted to a workbench or wall.
