The Titan 20 Shredder shreds plastics and purgings, wood products, carpets, glass, aluminum, PET bottles and various industrial, medical and manufacturing waste products. It handles the toughest size reduction problem materials with low RPM, high torque and little or no temperature rise.
The shredder's design creates an intensive shearing and cutting action with self-feeding hopper design. The positive self-cleaning shearing action assures no product binding or plugging. It is available with automatic reversing and is designed to integrate with Munson Rotary Cutters for finer grinding.
Standard features and options include "smart controls" (start/stop/reverse and shutoff); a hopper designed for your specific application requirements, hydraulic drives and ram feeders. Complete systems are available, and can include support legs, stainless steel, gravity or pneumatic bases and single rotor shaft designs.
