The Cool Muscle integrated servo system combines discrete servo components into a single package. Motor, encoder, driver, controller, and I/O are all in the motor.

The Cool Muscle line is comprised of two motor series, the CM1 series and the CM2 series.

The CM1 series are high torque 24VDC motors with sizes ranging from 28mm (NEMA 11) to 56mm (NEMA 23). A fully controllable speed range of 0-3000rpm is available, with torque up to 1.25Nm.

The CM2 series are high performance 100-240VAC closed loop AC servos. Speeds range up to 8000rpm, with motors sizes from 100W to 400W. The CM2 servo system goes on step further and integrates the AC power supply directly into the motor.

Both the CM1 and CM2 servo systems have built in controllers capable of torque control, speed control, and position control. The on-board controller can be programmed to make the motor a standalone system, or can be commanded by a host HMI or PC.

For dispensing and 2 axis co-ordinated motion, the Cool Muscles can work together on a single network, running programmed routines or following dynamic commands.
