NBE's high capacity automated Bulk Bag Filling System drastically increases operator productivity while maximizing the output of dense, stable filled bags. Small entrepreneurial operations to fortune 100 companies have all discovered that they can fill 15 to 20 bags per hour with only one equipment operator and a fork truck driver through the installation of a NBE automated Bulk Bag Filling System. Additionally, NBE's weigh system technology and advanced PLC controls have helped them further reduce their costs by providing consistent bag-to-bag filled weight accuracy that saves them money by reducing overages.

From the placement of pallets into the Bulk Bag Filler to the tying off of filled bags, one man easily operates NBE's systems, reducing operator manual labor requirements. A simple push of the Start Fill button initiates each automatic filling sequence. The bag load portion of the operators' job on the NBE Bulk bag Filler is made safer and easier by incorporating the most ergonomically friendly operator interface available. The rear bag support hooks and product feed tube all quickly traverse forward in a straight line and end up less than an arms reach away for the operator. Additionally the bag load elevation can be set to accommodate various operators' heights for the ultimate in personalizing the ergonomics of the equipment to each operator. Unlike other bulk bag fillers that swing or pivot the bag hooks and product feed tube down or out, there is no bending, leaning or side stepping actions required by the operator. NBE's bag hanging design is not only the most ergonomic and fastest way to hang bags; it can also support up to a 4000 lb bag suspended freely in the air for hang weigh or double bag stacking applications

Through intelligent automation of the pallet dispensing and placement along with the typical filling sequences, NBE is able to greatly improve the flexibility and output of the customer's bulk bag filling systems while reducing their operating costs. Some typical filling sequences include: bag inflating; taring out the bag and skid weight; initiating the product feed; starting and stopping the densification cycles; changing the material feed to dribble mode; indexing and accumulating the filled bags out of the filler; and returning the bag support hooks and product feed tube to the ergonomic bag load position. NBE is acutely aware that in order for a customers' investment in automation to be maximized the real results of a filling system must be the repeatable delivery of dense, stable bags that can be safely and easily accumulated, transported and stored. Anything short of this will require increased manual labor that offsets the productivity gains obtained through automation.
