The new JAZZ automated die cut adhesive placement platforms were developed specifically for applications requiring high-speed and accurate placement of virtually any die-cut adhesive component. All of the JAZZ platforms provide a base from which we can configure or customize an automated assembly solution to meet the demands of any application. Various part handling methodologies can be incorporated including Tray Handlers, Pallet Conveyors, Vision-Guided Robotics, or other.

OPTIONAL TRAY HANDLER:

• Servo XY stage with standard 300mm X 300mm travel.
• Optional JEDEC tray handler with 25 tray capacity.
• Production rates of 1100 - 1800 UPH
