The Neptune Cap-Mount Tote Mixer consists of a Neptune Series HGL (430 RPM) mixer fitted with a bolted-style 316SS bulkhead fitting. The HGL-based unit allows easy, yet thorough, mixing of materials in semi-bulk shipping containers. The Cap-Mount Tote mixer is easily installed on a container with only minimal modification to the plastic tote bin cap (four bolt holes must be drilled). The cap may also be sent to Neptune for preparation and mounting at no additional charge.

Motors available with Neptune's Cap-Mount Tote Mixer include electric and air motors rated from 1/2 to 1 HP. Explosion-proof motors are also available. The Cap-Mount Mixer features a folding propeller that is constructed of 316SS and is capable of fitting through a 2-inch opening; the prop's operating diameter is nine inches.
