To satisfy the need for miniaturization and lower power consumption Neptune Research works with high performance engineering plastics to fabricate specialized solenoid operated valves. The design process begins with CAD designed and functionally tested components, then we build prototypes for evaluation, offering custom designs with short lead times.
Isolation valves are low power consumption products, designed for systems requiring a compact, rugged component which has Zero dead volume. Our patented design is unique and permits flow with the rated pressure applied at any port. These valves are ideally suited for steam switching, solvent selection, flushing and other automated applications. Due to our high efficiency solenoid, the valves are considerably smaller than comparable products
Pinch Valves are suitable for applications where fluid must be isolated from the valve parts. The tubing can be easily changed. Valves are supplied with one foot of silicone tubing standard. Tube sizes range from 0.031" to 0.250" inner diameter. Consult factory for use with client specified tubing. Pinch valves come in a wide variety of configurations from 1 tube to 8 tubes actuated by one solenoid. The valves are commonly available in 12vdc, 24vdc and 115vdc.

Products are manufactured with pride in our state of the art facilities by our own highly trained staff. At the time of assembly, all of our products are 100% tested and each valve is marked with it's own serial number. The test results are recorded and filed for future reference. At the time of shipment, the pull-in and dropout voltage of each valve is measured and recorded. A personalized QA Certificate is generated, incorporating the final test results for your order and is included with each shipment. All of this makes our valves of great value for medical applications
