Ideal for Pharmaceutical, Food or Medical Grade processing and more Standard Test Sieve frames and parts are die stamped for quality – your assurance of consistency, fit, and function from sieve to sieve. Heavy duty construction – 22 ga. (030") frame. This is 37% heavier than the frame material on some competitor's test sieves. Certified Test Sieves are now available! The openings in any Test Sieve can be measured and analyzed using a computer aided optical video imaging system. This measuring system is calibrated to NIST traceable standards.

Clean interior test sieve construction – no crevices or filler material to cause product contamination or entrapment. Polished Frame – inside and out! No ink markings on mesh. There is no epoxy or soldered bead on the interior surface of the test sieve frame where the wire mesh is secured to test sieve frame. Medical Quality – USP Class VI Superla Sieve construction uses proprietary state-of-the-art technology polymeric adhesive to secure wire mesh to test sieve frame.

Adhesive has been laboratory tested and certified to be in compliance with the requirements of the USP Biological Reactivity Tests In Vivo – USP Plastics Class VI. Test Sieves are individually boxed, shrink wrapped and bar coded on the test sieve and the box label for quick identification and easy inventory control.

No rivet holes on the inside of test sieve frame Withstands normal laboratory cleaning agents such as CIP100, Duofoam, and Isopropyl Alcohol Lab tested to withstand normal "Autoclaving" temperatures – you can now sterilize your test sieves!
