Nichiha fiber cement brick panels are backed by a 50-year transferable limited warranty, and will not crack, split, delaminate or rot and are resistant to fungus and termite infestation. A truly unique element of the Nichiha fiber cement panel line is the clip installation system. All Nichiha panel products are ship lapped on four sides so no sealant or caulk is necessary. The patented Nichiha clip system saves labor time and costs, as no special tools or specific labor is needed to complete installation. The system creates a pocket of air between the panels and substrate, reducing the potential for moisture build-up. No exposed fasteners mean a clean, beautiful look for any application.

Nichiha fiber cement panels can be installed to metal buildings, structural insulated panels, concrete masonry units, insulating concrete forms, metal studs and traditional wood stud construction. Nichiha panels can also be applied directly to metal siding panels.
