Nidec Copal USA Corp. of Torrance, CA offers the LVB10B dime sized brushless vibration motor 0.394 inches (10mm) in outside diameter and 0.118 inches (3.0mm) in axial length. The developed vibration force is 0.063 ounces (1.8 grams). Nidec Copal has integrated the drive electronics inside the motor case with 2 leads exiting to a 3 volt dc battery source.

The LBV10B model achieves a speed of 13,500 rpm and draws and rated current of 80 milliamps. The brushless design provides long life operation and minimizes the electrical noise in sensitive applications. Typical applications include medical alert devices, personal safety detectors, cell phones, radios, etc.
