Nook Industries PowerAc™ Inch Acme Screw Assemblies prevent wedging with 2C centralizing thread form. Nook Industries acme screw manufacturing includes: small diameter acme screw assemblies, high-helix acme screw assemblies, customized acme screw/nut designs and standard screw assemblies.

Standard inch and metric screws are manufactured in diameters up to 6" with custom thread rolling capacity up to 14". Lead screw accuracies are available to match application requirements (see below). Several acme nut styles, including bronze, plastic and anti-backlash, are available for each screw size.
