An isothermal system that produces mineral free, odorless, sterile steam. Steam is generated at atmospheric pressure inside a stainless steel cylinder using Solid State Relays (SSR), high quality, Incoloy heating elements. Use of a modulating fill system, in conjunction with SSR heater element control, provides the highest accuracy of any potable water electric humidifier offered by NORTEC.
All models feature full frontal access via removable hinged doors. Doors are key locked and plumbing doors are equipped with a safety interlock switch to interrupt the primary power when opened. The unit arrives completely assembled ready for wall mounting. Constructed from corrosion resistant materials with a scratch resistant powder paint finish. All models feature a manual output capacity adjustment range of 0-100% of rated
capacity.
Steam distribution can be circulated by using a steam distributor [s] or Short Absorption Manifold [s] [SAM-e] for mounting into AHU/duct[s] or Remote Mounted Blower Pack[s] [RMBP] for direct space applications.
