CellGard ES employs the new DC ECM (Electronically Commutated Motor) technology that is based on a brushless DC (Direct Current) permanent magnet design. When properly engineered into a biological safety cabinet, the DC ECM motor improves performance and offers greater efficiencies than the previously used motors. DC ECM runs virtually silent with minimal vibration while splitting operating costs in half.

NuAire uses Standard Oversized HEPA Filters with the most filter media per square inch. Combined with energy saver technology, filter life has increased to an average of 10 to 12 years.

The TouchLink Control System brings Biological Safety Cabinet performance to your fingertips. The TouchLink control center features multiple laboratory timers including a customizable schedule to turn on and off your cabinet. TouchLink also features a night set back function to slow the motor for less energy consumption when not in use.
