High Current Connectors

ODU's heavy duty line of connectors are designed for use in severe industrial environments such as heavy-duty crane and lifting equipment at sea ports, container handling equipment, heavy duty transport systems, mobile cooling equipment, machine tools, railroads, and steel mills.

ODU offers two series of connectors:

Series 200

The series 200 are durable, compact connectors that use threaded sleeves for plug to receptacle latching. Housings are available in aluminum alloy or nickel-plated brass. The product line is divided into three types: 207, 208, and 209, with pin counts from 2-37. The 200 series has contacts rated up to 210A and tested to 2,750V AC.

Series 300

This product family offers connectors in heavy duty aluminum alloy or Ni-plated bronze housings with bayonet locking, neoprene push-pull or IP-67 flange mounting options. The product line is divided into three types: 308, 309, and 310, with pin counts from 2-90. The 300 series is rated to 500A and tested to 3,000V AC.
