MINICAMS® Model FM-2000 Continuous Air Monitoring The Model FM-2000 Continuous Air Monitoring System is designed for continuous operation (24 hours/day), easy transport, applications flexibility, and ruggedness and reliability in both field and fixed-site applications. The Model FM-2000 is a modular and extremely flexible system, easily customized for specific monitoring needs and requirements. The interchangeable GC module is easily switched in and out of the instrument in less than one minute, with no tools required. With use of a low cost, reserve GC module, operators can virtually eliminate any instrument downtime due to maintenance or service. The modular design also offers extreme flexibility; simply plug in the module with the appropriate column and detector combination to obtain necessary selectivity and sensitivity. Tandem detectors are also available, as well as optional sample handling modules, multipoint samplers, and data-handling software packages.
