Summary

Rechargeable "smart" lithium ion battery pack for backplane mount with integrated SMB fuel gauge. Integrated safety circuit monitors and reports pack, Temp, Voltage, Current, Time to Empty, Time to Full and other key parameters via any of OceanServers standard IBPS charge controllers. The battery controller module continously monitors the status of the battery pack and can report this information to the user via the serial port on the battery controller.

The rectangular BA95HC battery pack has a five blade connector for a device which requires a backplane design. This should be used for designs where the battery packs need to be slid in an out of the system. OceanServer offers a variety of backplane/cables which allow connection to OceanServer's IBPS Battery Charger/Management Modules.
