Large Flow Sights Permit Maximum Fluid Visibility
Product Announcement from Oil-Rite Corp.
Full Vision Flow Sights are used in oil lines to allow visual observation of the flow and clarity of oil. The large size of the flow sight permits maximum visibility of the oil, even from a distance. They are often used at elevated heights to tell at a glance whether oil is circulating.
Liquid flows downward through a nozzle in the sights. The valves are tamperproof and dispense liquid at a specific flow rate. Many configurations are available, with flow rates ranging from 1.7 GPM to 26.9 GPM.
The acrylic or glass sight chamber is normally vented when flow is discharged by gravity and sealed from the atmosphere when flow is discharged by low pressure. Each unit has a removable vent plug.
Full Vision flow sights are available with acrylic or glass sight champers. Acrylic reservoirs are rated to a maximum temperature of 160° F and withstand a maximum pressure of 125 PSI. Glass reservoirs are rated to a maximum temperature of 225° F and withstand a maximum pressure of 30 PSI.
