Operation is simple. Liquid is supplied from a reservoir to the metering pump. Reservoir location is not critical, and the meters can be mounted in any position. Electrical energy from appropriate switch, timer, or computer will activate the system. Shutting off the electrical supply will immediately stop the liquid flow. No after drip will be present. Settings are so exact that it is possible to achieve. They are available with one to four outlets. In lab tests over 360+ Million cycles achieved. With each complete revolution of the motor (RPM) one lubrication cycle occurs, dispensing a maximum of .009 cubic inches (.15 cc's), per feed point. Standard motor speed is on revolution per minute. Other motor speeds are available on request. Standard voltage is 120V/60hz and different voltages can also be supplied. This system will be used in many industries such as FOOD, MEDICAL, PRINTIING, CHEMICAL, FARM, PAPER, PLASTIC, MARINE, INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY PACKAGING MACHINERY AND CONVEYORS. The Metering Pump has many applications where an exact amont of liquid is critical.
