The LIMELIGHT™ high performance oil pipe ignitor has been designed to integrate the latest in combustion technology, flexibility and overall reliability. It is intended to provide users with state-of-the-art technology for increased capacity, flame stability and turn-down capabilities.

This product is applicable for both T-fired and wall-fired boilers.

This ignitor allows for improved combustion airflow by replacing the eddy late with a flow enhanced bluff body. The improved airflow results in lower pressure drop, higher capacity, and greater turn-down capabilities.

The igniter offers reliable ignition and operation at heat inputs up to 4.4 MMBTU/hr.

Flexible by design, the igniter can be adjusted for one flow with a single pressure regulator, or varied flow on an elevation basis with an individual control valve.

This product serves as a high heat output oil igniter for a wide range of applications. It offers a clean and efficient method for boiler warm-up periods and flame stabilization.

The LIMELIGHT High Performance Oil Pipe Igniter and associated flame proving device has been designed to meet all code requirements including the latest releases of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).
