Alloy 7025 was developed by Olin to meet the increasing material requirements of interconnect designers. The alloy combines good electrical and thermal conductiity with high strength, excellent stress relaxation resistance, good solderability, and plateability. Applications include, high reliability automotive and electronic connectors, semiconductor leadframes, and processor sockets.
