Proven Color Highlight System

Omron's unique Color Highlight inspection technology creates a uniform dome lighting to accurately image solder joint topography and fine defects. In the VT-S700 it has been enhanced with a newly designed optical system that includes a telecentric lens and 2M-Pixel 3CCD Color Camera. This increases the field of view while maintaining detailed resolution to 10 microns to improve throughput.

Inspect a Larger Area for Improved Productivity

VT-S700 delivers a 50% inspection speed improvement over conventional AOI systems by using a new high-resolution camera and newly designed hardware. It reduces image distortion by using a new telecentric lens resulting in clearer inspection images and less false calls.
