Applications for timing belts are becoming more and more demanding every day. As these demands evolve beyond every day power transmission applications, engineers are forced to optimize all system elements including pulleys.
At Onvio, we specialize in producing customized pulleys, produced precisely to the engineer's design. Issues such as minimizing inertia, close fitting spaces, light weight, special coatings, tight tolerances as well as total package responsibility are exactly what we are good at.
Our pulleys are produced in virtually all pitch types — inch and metric, AT and curvilinear. Our strengths lie in our quality, our speed of quoting, as well as fast and efficient delivery.
With years of experience in not only timing belts and pulleys; but vast knowledge in high precision motion control components, Onvio can deliver virtually any custom timing belt pulley and insure that it will be the right one.
Onvio is a manufacturing company with locations in the United States, Mexico, and Germany. By employing World Class manufacturing standards we are able to control all aspects of the manufacturing process which means we will deliver the right product — on time. You can count on it.

About Onvio
Onvio headquarters are located in Salem, NH in a new 45,000 square foot world-class manufacturing facility. Additional manufacturing in Puebla, Mexico and operations in Germany, we stand readyto serve our customers globally, with the right product — on time.
In 2005 we changed the name of our company from Mectrol Corporation to Onvio LLC - signifying the beginning of a new era for our company - one with a more focused commitment to the Motion Control Industry. Onvio carries on our tradition of an Aggressive Can Do Attitude which has been the core philosophy of our company since our founding in 1990.
In 1990 the company began producing urethane timing belts. In 1992 the company acquired Dojen a producer of the highest precision servo reducers in the world, thus establishing our roots in the servo drive industry.
By 2004 the company product line included cycloidal servo reducers, high precision planetary reducers, servo drive packages, urethane timing belts, electro mechanical clutches, timing belt pulleys and automotive foundry tooling.
In late 2004 the urethane timing belt product line was sold to Gates Corporation
allowing us to focus exclusively on the motion control industry.
Today, Onvio has manufacturing locations in the United States, Germany, Spain and Mexico.
We are proud of our long and successful history and excited about our new fresh start under our new name - Onvio LLC.
In 2006, we moved into our new corporate headquarters in Salem, New Hampshire.
We look forward to the opportunity to working with you, and thank those who have been our loyal customers for many years.
