OEP Machining, a division of Oren Elliott Products, Inc., is a complete machine shop, with 10 Tsugami CNC swiss screw machines with capacity up to 32mm (1.25 inches), several larger machining centers with live tooling, many lathes and vertical machining centers, and a large conventional screw machine department.
OEP Machining specializes in complex parts, producing many surprisingly complicated parts complete in one operation through the use of live tooling and subspindles. This ensures more accurate results, and lower cost, allowing OEP Machining to compete with offshore machine shops on price while delivering world-class quality from state-of-the-art equipment operated within an ISO9001:2000 quality system by professional machinists.
OEP Machining is able to competitively meet its customers' demanding requirements for tight tolerances while running all alloys of stainless, alloy steel, aluminum, brass and bronze as well as thermoplastics.
