The SPC-750 is Oskar's newly designed portable filtration unit. The SPC-750 is manufactured from heavy gauge welded steel, powder coated, comes complete with filters, motor is enclosed, reverse jet pulse, and has a control panel with a remote control.

The SPC-750 utilizes a three phase filtration system: 1) Spark Trap, 2) Polyester Spun Bond Cartridge (re-usable), 3) Carbon after filter. For Hexavalent Chromium regulations there is an optional HEPA filter that can be mounted to the exhaust of the SPC-750. The HEPA filter on the exhaust provides the unit with 4 stages of filtration and provides a longer usage for the HEPA filter.

Benefits of Filters:

1) Spark Trap – this filter can be taken out and cleaned and put back inside of the unit.

2) Spun Bond Cartridge – can be cleaned with reverse jet pulse cleaning system of the SPC-750. Filters 99% @ 1 micron

3) Carbon Filter – filters organic air particulates

4) HEPA Filter – Hexavalent Chromium. Extended life because of the previous filters.

The SPC-750 has a control panel that provides the user with the option of automatically setting a timer to clean the cartridge or a manual pulse button. The control panel has a timer board to clean the cartridges at various time intervals and a remote control to turn the unit on or off.

Other user friendly features of the SPC-750 include: dust drawers accessible from the outside, a 6"diameter flange to connect a hose to the unit, swivel casters, compress air hookup, grab handle and optional light kit for Fume Arms.
