Overton Chicago Gear has increased their bevel gear manufacturing capacity with (1) more Gleason 90 machine and a modified CNC milling machine to perform gear gashing increasing our overall bevel capacity by more than 10%.

OCG has full cutting, hardening and testing capacity for Gleason bevel gears up to 100" in diameter. We can produce conventional Gleason straight and skewed tooth bevel gears and gear sets as well as Hypoid, Zerol® and Coniflex® gear designs up to AGMA quality 10.
