The SLB™ 1500 Series from Packaging Aids Corp. of MAP Cup and Tray Sealers with a rotary table are designed for modified atmosphere packaging (gas flush). They are a step up from the 1000 Series, and can obtain a residual oxygen of less than 0.1% without the use of a vacuum pump! The main advantage of the 1500 Series tray sealer is its rotary table, which allows an output capacity of one and a half to two times that of our manual machine. In addition, these machine can be equipped with a motorized table for a higher production rate.
This translates into increased speed, compact size, and quick tooling changeover. Suited for both foodservice and retail applications, they even functions as a non-MAP tray sealers.
The 1500 Series has an output of up to 700 cycles/hr with gas and 900 cycles/hr without gas.

The 1500 Series can function solely as a tray sealer, without requiring the purchase of additional equipment when a modified atmosphere (gas flush) is desired.
