These pneumatically powered Thermal Impulse Sealers and Trim Sealers from Vertrod are designed for heavy duty sealing applications such as joining high temperature materials and making long heat seals. They're designed specifically for demanding applications requiring high temperature, thick material, and/or difficult multi-wall packaging or fabricating.

We've improved this ruggedly constructed heavy-duty open-back Thermal Impulse heat sealer with safer pneumatics and PAC's "state-of-the-art" solid-state control circuitry.

Vertrod sealers are capable of producing quality air tight/ watertight seals in all materials ranging from seal temperatures of 200°F to 650°F (different materials seal at different time cycles).

This series of heat sealers are available in a variety of different working lengths to fit your packaging needs. Other "value-added" features are available.

Standard Features: • Seal lengths: 36", 48", 60", 72", 84", 96" • Open-back feed thru style • Welded frame construction • Pneumatic and electric safeties • Compressed air operated: 60PSIG • 1/8" wide seal • Thermal Impulse control system. Rotary switch timers for each stage of seal and cool. 1/4 second increments from 0 to 3-3/4 seconds. • 115VAC/220VAC, single phase standard (Depending on model) • Foot switch activated

Optional features available: • Top and bottom heater bars. • Wider seal widths • Water cooled heater bar for faster operation • Cold wire trim seal • Scrap blow-off (with cold wire trim seal ONLY) • Temperature control system • 230VAC operating voltage, single phase • Small water recirculating package
