PSI Extrusions is a full-service custom aluminum extruder and aluminum fabricator dedicated to high quality and superior customer service. PSI is registered to ISO9001:2000. Our lead times are the fastest in the industry, and our tooling costs are low.

Heat sink profiles 3.5 inches wide and smaller have a 50-pound minimum order. Profiles larger than 3.5 inches have a minimum order of 150 pounds. Heat sinks are mill finish unless otherwise requested. PSI Extrusions uses the versatile 6000 series aluminum, though other alloys may be specifically quoted. Maximum heat treatable length is 22 feet. Tolerances are 1/2 commercial tolerances.

Specializing in close tolerance, precision aluminum extrusions of mainly 6000 series alloys, other alloys may be specifically quoted. We offer a full range of other services, including CNC machining (VMCs), full CAD/CAM capabilities, OBI punching, fabrication, precision sawing, hardware installation, part marking, part assembly, and a variety of finishing options, including a RoHS Compliant full in-house anodizing line.
