Paramount PDS offers a variety of injection molding services, providing significant lead-time reductions in runs from 1 to 100,000 pieces. Arburg injection molding presses ranging from 28Ton (1.25oz) to 176Ton (13.2oz). Capabilities include: overmolding, insert molding, prototype multi-shot molding, secondary machining, finishing, plating, decoration, EMI shielding. Materials are per customer part specifications which can range commodity grades to engineering resins. Standard and custom colors: mixed at the press, or custom compounding to match your specifications.

Material Certification and Certificate of Compliance (COC) are included as standard documentation.

Small-quantity operations are handled out of Paramount's Langhorne facilities. High volume manufacturing runs are typically handled through our TTM Technologies affiliate, with operations in Southeast Asia.
