Form fast, leak-free tube/seal connections for 37 degree flares and flat face flanges without brazing or welding with Parker Hannifin's Parflange 1050 fully automatic flange/flare workstation. Based on proven orbital metal forming technology, the Parflange 1050 utilizes Parker's patented orbital spindle process to produce a reliable flange or flare with a smooth mating surface (less than 28μ in. Ra/32 RMS).

In fewer than 15 seconds, the Parflange 1050 machine can flange or flare hydraulic tubing up to 1-1/2" O.D. When used with the Parker Seal-Lok O-ring face seal fittings, the Parflange 1050 provides zero-leak connections up to 9000 psi.

The combination of an automatic die-clamping mechanism, an automatic tool lubrication system, and an automatic cycle start enhancement, triggered by full tube insertion into the die housing, shorten the Parflange 1050's cycle time to less than 20 seconds while creating a consistent, reliable flange or flare. These features totally eliminate the need for messy, time consuming brazing practices. An automatic sleeve loader machine is also available upon request.
