HyProBlack™ 2020 is trivalent black passivate for zinc that provides 120 hours to white corrosion when sealed with HyPro™ 200, HyPro™ 250, or HyProCoat™ Black S. Unlike many competitive trivalent black passivates, HyProBlack™ 2020 is completely compatible with acid, alkaline and alloy zinc coatings. HyProBlack™ 2020:
- Provides glossy, uniform, deep black color.
- No hexavalent chromium
- For use over chloride, alkaline, and alloyed zinc.
- Easily fits into current chromating operation.
- RoHS and ELV compliant.
