Permabond^® Engineering Adhesives ET505 is a two-component structural epoxy adhesive with a one hour pot life. This feature extends the available use time of the static dispense mixers, and allows for multiple adjustments to accurately position components. This helps to reduce waste and increases the quality and performance of the finished goods. ET505 has exceptional adhesion, durability and toughness and is ideal for demanding applications on a wide variety of substrates. ET505 is a 1:1 mix ratio, available in a dual cartridge for dispensing directly onto the components. After application, the cure speed can be increased with heat. Key features of ET505 include, high shear strength, 3000 psi on steel, low shrinkage, excellent depth of cure, excellent environmental resistance, and low VOC emissions.
