Muting Lamps - PITsign Product Range

Muting is the safe, automatic and temporary suspension of an electrosensitive protective device (in accordance with the B standard IEC 61496-1). Muting is used to transport material into and out of a hazardous area. In the process, light guards are generally suspended temporarily, while muting lamps signal their status.

For this we can supply a complete, all-in-one solution:

• Muting lamps PITsign: monitored or unmonitored
• Evaluation devices: PMUT X1P safety relay, the PNOZmulti modular safety system, the PSS programmable safety system or the safe bus system SafetyBUS p.

• Signal lamp for muting mode

• For applications in accordance with EN 954-1, up to Category 4
• Protection type IP65
• 2 semiconductor outputs to monitor the function of the filament
