PixeLINK is a manufacturer of high-performance color and monochrome CCD & CMOS cameras designed for machine vision and industrial inspection applications. PixeLINK's CMOS cameras are available in three configurations and can be customized for OEM applications.

PixeLINK believes the integration of imaging products with software should be a quick endeavor. That's why our industry leading Software Developer's Kit (SDK) uses a common API for all of the cameras regardless of the customer's chosen interface. Software code developed for one camera model is easily transferred to other PixeLINK camera models, without the need to recompile, saving you time and money. The SDK also includes the source code for PixeLINK Capture OEM, our free image capture and camera control application, wrappers for National Instruments LabVIEW and full documentation. For those requiring additional software flexibility, Direct Show, DCAM (FireWire only)Halcon and TWAIN are also supported.

The PL-B761 & PL-B762 (Wide VGA) and the PL-B741 & PL-B742 (1.3 mp) feature high-speed global shutter CMOS sensors for images of fast moving objects. These sensors also feature multi-slope dynamic range controls enabling balanced exposures in images with large scene dynamic range (100+ dB) making these cameras well suited for traffic monitoring and welding inspection applications.
