The PT 15, 17 and 19" SAW touchscreen LCD monitors are perfect for healthcare, retail, point-of-sale and hospitality applications. Easily integrated with a variety of POS, thin client or PC systems, the monitor features a SAW touchscreen and USB touchscreen interface. The user can easily adjust the monitor from -5º to 90º based on preference. The OSD buttons are located on the side of the monitor to minimize setting changes. The OSD buttons can also be locked to eliminate unauthorized setting changes.
SAW touch screens are made of pure glass and offers superior image clarity, resolution and high light transmission. Because of the glass construction, the touch screen continues to work even if scratched. Unlike resistive touch screen technology, SAW is more durable and typically has a longer life. Unlike capacitive touch screen technology, the user may use a finger, gloved hand or soft stylus to activate the SAW touch screen.
