PlastiVac's DE technology converts any X, XX or XTX model to a double ender, dual platen machine, substantially increasing production output. An XTX-DE standard configuration can produce 1/8" acrylic sheets at rates up to one every 2 minutes, and is available in 2' increments from 4'x4' to 10'x24' sizes. Their exclusive Pneumatic Clamping System is standard on all DE-configured models, providing the highest positive clamping possible, as well as an infinitely adjustable frame.
