PTFE Shapes: Because they control their own PTFE compounding, sintering, and machining, they are able to design PTFE components to your exact requirements, using glass fiber, graphite, bronze, glass, moly, or carbon fillers to improve:

• Wear rate
• Creep and cold flow
• Lubricating properties

PTFE Skived Sheet and Film: Available from 0.0005" to 0.375" thick, and in widths to 60". Standard widths include 12", 24", 36", 48", and 60". PTFE skived sheets and films are available in continuous rolls or cut to your desired length. Plastomer also offers material slit to your desired width in order to help their customers reduce scrap and waste in their processes. This affords their customers the greatest economy and minimum scrap loss. Plastomer Technologies can also laminate, punch, or die cut all of their skived sheet and film products.
