Pneumadyne's O-Ring Seal Fittings eliminate the need for replacement gaskets and ensure a leakproof fit even when mated with a less than perfect sealing surface. The captured o-ring design provides a superior seal and the reliability of a metal-to-metal mechanical fit. When torqued down, the mechanical fit keeps the fitting tight and retains its position even under contact vibration.

O-Ring Seal Fittings are precision machined from brass and then Electroless nickel plated for corrosion resistance. A variety of configurations are available featuring a 10-32 UNF thread and 1/16, 5/64, 1/8 and .160 tube ID barbs. Stainless steel fittings are also available to fit application requirements.
