Polygon is now recognized as the largest producer of composite self-lubricated bearing products in the world. We supply mega-sized bearing over 20" in diameter for gate valves used in hydro-electric plants down to 1/8" bearing used in archery equipment. Our bearings are the standard in the man-lift and construction machinery equipment industry. We developed the composite self-lubricated bearing and remain the innovative leader in this product category.

Polygon's manufacturing focus is providing the best composite product. It is not a sideline for us it is our profession. We engineer, design, manufacture, along with test composite bearings and wear materials. We offer high temperature, high impact, food grade, insulating, corrosion resistant and numerous other specialty composite bearings. Providing a variety of flat, round, or flanged products along with complex fabricated or machined geometries.

Polygon Company is a vertically integrated self-lubricated bushing company. We design and produce our own proprietary liners, as well as resin formulations. We can also engineer special fiber architectures and hybridization for those special high-tech applications that may require something new or unique.

Polygon Company has internal capabilities of testing and certifying composite self-lubricated products especially for unique applications that may require this resource. Our test lab has years of experience in studying high load, and vibration or even contaminated environment product applications. We are a "one stop shop". Polygon provides extensive value added processing with in-depth CNC machining capabilities to provide complete assemblies.
